Monsoon Malabar is a unique Indian coffee, produced by exposing harvested green coffee beans to humid monsoon winds for several months, which causes them to swell, lose their acidity, and develop a distinctive earthy, low-acidity flavour with heavy body and hints of nuts and chocolate. This traditional process, originating on India's Malabar Coast, transforms the beans into a full-bodied, mellow coffee with a signature pale colour and a unique flavour profile sought after by coffee enthusiasts worldwide.
